Private House Construction in Jūrmala
As part of this project, a two-storey residential house was built in Jūrmala.
The work began with excavation of the construction pit, installation of a crushed stone base, reinforcement binding, formwork installation, and concrete pouring for the foundation slab.
A prefabricated two-storey wooden frame house was produced and assembled. The frame was sheathed on the outside with wood fibre boards, an air gap was created, and a timber façade was installed. Five-chamber PVC windows were mounted, along with a standing seam metal roof and a gutter system from Balex Metal. The wooden structure was insulated with 300 mm of thermal insulation.
Externally, a BIO wastewater treatment unit, stormwater drainage, and infiltration systems were installed. A culvert was placed in the ditch, and an access road to the property was constructed. The project concluded with landscaping works.
