Construction of a Residential Building in the Center of Mārupe

As part of this project, a new residential building with 14 apartments is being constructed in the center of Mārupe. Impulss Ekspo is responsible for full-cycle construction works – from earthworks to the commissioning of the building.

Currently, the zero-cycle works and foundation construction are underway. Excavation of excess soil has been completed, and preparation of the crushed stone base under the foundation footprint is in progress. Reinforcement binding is underway, and preparations for concrete pouring are being made.
